Fatima Jafri is a Lead Product and Privacy Counsel at Facebook where she leads the Social Impact, Election and Health product teams. She manages all of the legal and compliance issues related to the Blood Donation Products, Covid-19 Information Hub, Racial and Social Justice, Facebook Health Groups, Preventive Health, Voter Information Center and Voter Registration drives.
She was previously at ChargePoint where she focused on the privacy, legal and regulatory regimes around electric vehicle charging stations in the US, EU and Asia. Prior to that she was at Inventus Law, where she practiced corporate law and advised startups on venture financings and other corporate matters.
Fatima is involved with and on the board of a variety of organizations focused on women's leadership, startup growth and legal services including Leading Women in Technology, Asian Law Alliance, TechWadi, Lazardis Institute and Founder's Space. She has a JD from Northeastern School of Law, a Masters in International Relations and Economics from the Fletcher School of Diplomacy, Tufts University and a BA in International Relations and Economics from Trinity College.
